Terms and Conditions of Service for CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION 

A. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using our website and services, and particularly when scheduling transportation services with  CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION, you ("Customer") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Additionally, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

B. Service Description CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services for individuals requiring travel assistance to and from medical facilities, healthcare appointments, and other related destinations within our service areas. We strive to provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation to our clients and make every effort to accommodate their unique needs and preferences. However, our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not provide medical services or emergency medical treatment during transportation.

B. User Eligibility Service users must be individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors under the age of 18 or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended members.

D. Pricing and Payment Prices for our transportation services are subject to change without notice. We accept payments through various methods, which are detailed on our website. Full payment is required prior to pick-up, and services will not be scheduled until payment is confirmed. Refer to our Pricing Policy for further information.

E. Scheduling Agreement By scheduling transportation services with CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth herein. This agreement forms a binding contract between the Customer and CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION upon the confirmation of a scheduled service.

F. Be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee.

G. User Conduct Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including unauthorized access to data, systems, or networks.

H. Privacy Policy Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.

I. Modifications to CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

J. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

K. Limitation of Liability CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

L. Indemnity You agree to indemnify CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION against claims arising from your use of the service.

M. Governing Law Any claim relating toCALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION’s services shall be governed by the laws of the State without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

N. Changes to Terms CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION may change these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Communications Consent: By scheduling transportation services or inquiring about an appointment with info@californiamedicaltransportation.com, the Customer consents to receive pre-scheduled transportation reminders and updates about their service, as well as inquiries regarding satisfaction and service feedback through text messages and phone calls. This consent includes the use of automated systems or software to provide call or text messages, and as such, may result in charges to the Customer from their service provider.

Note: The Customer has the right to opt-out of receiving text messages or calls from CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION at any time. To opt-out, the Customer may text us “STOP” or “OPT OUT” to +1 (800) 433-4991. The Customer may also opt out by emailing info@californiamedicaltransportation.com  with the subject line “STOP” or “OPT OUT.”

Acknowledgment of Terms The Customer agrees to these terms and conditions when scheduling transportation services with  CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure they are medically stable and fit to travel, and we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider prior to using our services.  CALIFORNIA MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to refuse service in accordance with our policies. We are not responsible for missed appointments or delays and are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during transportation, except as required by law. By scheduling services, Customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
